The Temple

PT this morning was't too bad. But, it wan't exacty fun either. We had a 2 kilometer hike up pretty steep rough stair/path. I had been up to the temple there before, but not by this route. The way I went was an easier hike, much easier. And yes, I did take a few pictures. This is the sign at the bottom showing the route from here.

This on the path up near the bottom. This is pretty much the only pic on the move, I was too winded to try more.

Here's a shot of a shrine about 1/3 to 1/2 the way up.

These two go together, as they are side by side. Above is a bell . And below is , well I don't kow what it is called that is just to the right of he bell pagoda.

The view from the top. The haze isn't smog, or fog, its dust blown down from the Gobi Dessert in China.

The sitting Budha statue at the top.

Another, closer, shot of Budha showing the offerings.

This is the group that madethe trek to the top, minus me, of course. It also gives you an idea just how big Budha is.

And this is just before we got back to the van to head home.

I didn't take a lot of pics, I was not really all that interested in taking them most of the time, too tired. The thing that got me though, was while we were on the way up, we would get passed by older people on their way up. And I mean old. I don't know how they do it. Oh well. That's it for today.

I'll see ya'll later.
